DUNGEON ADVANCE AND ELITE ATHLETICS PROGRAMS ( Athletes at all levels)

Our Dungeon elite athletic programs are organized, supervised, professionally run athletic performed training programs designed to not only increase performance but also improve team unity and chemistry. Athletes benefit from an array of training techniques designed to deliver a progressive program for an entire team. 

DUNGEON YOUTH ATHLETE TRAINING PROGRAMS

 Our youth athlete program is designed to improve students’ motor skills, overall fitness level, and to be an enjoyable experience for children. This program allows the opportunity for social interaction and development with other children. In addition to our athletic training, we incorporate the South Carolina state-approved PE curriculum into our training sessions to provide a variety of fun and challenging activities that will instill safe and effective fitness habits for our youth athletes and promote a true solution to our growing problem of overweight and obesity.

DUNGEON ADULT FITNESS PROGRAMS

Adult Fitness Programs is for adults (Men and Women), collegiate and intramural athletes who wants to get into shape or improve their performance. The Adult program is designed to actively challenge effort and coordination with 60-90-minute movement-based sessions. No two session are alike, and all are fun and fast-paced which is unique compared to a traditional gym-based workout. The results are an increase in fitness as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique.
